The Palms at Wailea

The Palms at Wailea is a resort condominium community located on 16.7 acres at 3200 Wailea Alanui Drive, Wailea, Hawaii, 96753.  The Palms at Wailea condominium community consists of 23 two story buildings containing ground and second floor apartments, with individual lanais and entries. Building 20, housing units #2001 and #2002 are unique in construction on the property with the Polynesian style architecture. Unit #2001 is the largest 2 bedroom condominium on the property at 1,515 square feet of living area.  The remainder of the buildings are built in a Mediterranean style with stucco exterior and red barrel tile roofs. The grounds, sloping toward the ocean, provide many breathtaking views of the Pacific, and spacious garden areas with an abundance of palms. The property contains hundreds of palm trees of a variety of species, hence the name, The Palms at Wailea.

From the whale shaped pool at The Palms of Wailea are views of the tropical lush gardens, water fall and stream highlighted with the spectacular view of the ocean, Kahoolawe Island and West Maui mountains.  At the pool and spa pavilion there are many areas for guest to relax as well as access to an exercise room and a tour desk to assist with the arrangement of activities and sightseeing.

It is an easy walk to the beautiful Keawakapu Beach, one of the best beaches on the island with wonderful snorkeling at the end of the fine sand.  From Keawakapu Beach, you have access to the beach walk which will lead you through several of the Wailea beaches and resort hotels, including the Grand Wailea, Four Seasons, and Fairmont properties.  You can also take a short stroll to the Shops at Wailea, where you will find designer shopping and contemporary dining. Guests at The Palms at Wailea are also welcomed to visit the nearby Wailea Golf Club and Wailea Tennis Club.  

 The Palms at Wailea Polynesian Villa #2001 is located at the bottom of the hill from the pool area.  A stepping stone path along the waterfall and stream provide access to the pool area from the home.   

The pool pavilion provides a perfect place to enjoy the Maui sunsets over the Pacific.  Above the pool is an observation deck ideal for the family photographer.
